Golgappa at Chawla's and Nand's

Who doesn't love Golgappa? The spicy wonder also known as puchka and paani-puri are something out of this world and everyone's (well almost) favourite dish. The best place to eat golgappa in Jaipur is the Nand and Chawla's. These are actually two competitor stalls that stand to each other on the Fashion Street and are thronged by people. You can choose from a variety of spicy, sweet and tangy chutneys and gorge your way through these custom-made wonders. Try the golgappas at both the stalls and decide for yourself which one's actually the best!

Pyaaz Kachori is something that Rajasthani's specialise in and you can't let this one go. Once you taste these high-on-calorie-but-even-higher-on-taste kachoris you won't be able to stop eating it. Jaipur no longer twigs to the drones of fine dining and evaluating with the themes of the restaurants is the new movement. Jaipur Adda is among the many rooftop restaurants in Jaipur that allow you to feel the air in your hair while you eat up delectable food. But what set this place apart are its breezy innards, splendid wall art and fine wood furniture that adds up a royal feel to the whole escapade. Dishes once prepared in the royal kitchens are given latest crumples, and are affected by two edible empires, Mogul and Punjab. We nominate the Rajasthani thali, a culinary starter dish including small but mouth watering portions of vegetable curries, lentils, rice and Indian style bread.
