The Mall is main shopping area situated at the center of Mussoorie. The Mall road connects two major bazaars, Kulri and Library.The Mall Road was built by the British residents and is dotted with benches and lampposts lined up at the sides of roads. The prime attractions of the area include 1980s style video game parlours, Methodist Church and skating rings. Alongside the Mall is the tourist office, rows of Tibetan trinket and several shops selling wooden artifacts. Shopping in Mall Road is one of the top things to do in Mussoorie. On clear days, the peaks of Kedarnath, Badrinath and Nanda Devi can be seen from this area. Visitors can also enjoy horse riding here. Mall Road is one of the most popular shopping hub in Mussoorie. Most of the famous store of this hill station’s are all located here. The shops here sell everything. Local shops dealing with mementos, souvenirs, apparels, knick-knacks, and home décor, this market is always crowded and buzzing. Bargaining is common here, so if you have good negotiation skills, then you can deal on what you buy.

Tibetan Market

At this market, you will find there are many shops and stalls run by local Tibetans. One of the best shopping places in Mussoorie includes also the Tibetan Market, which is best known for its hand-woven carpets, sober artifacts, inexpensive yet trendy clothes and fashionable jewelry. At these stores, you can buy for a different variety of winter clothes, shawls, prayer wheels and Tibetan woodwork. The market is more famous for its footwear and woven carpets. There are also some food stalls too serving momos and other delicious. This market attracts tourists around the year. Make sure you bargain, before buying for any object.

Library Bazaar

It is the place in Mussoorie for street shopping. This Library Bazaar is located around a vintage library. The market is stippled with shops selling wooden items, trinkets, Chinese vases and the other electronic goods. There is a different statue of Mahatma Gandhi in this marketplace, hence this market is also known as Gandhi Chowk. The bazaar acquires its name from the library. Then there is infinite beauty of Mussoorie which makes your shopping experience more pleasant. Kulri Bazaar

From apparels, local handicrafts, silver jewelry, stylish footwear to beautiful cakes and confectionaries, Kulri Bazaar is one of the most famous places to shop in Mussoorie. Studded with cozy restaurants and the hotels, and cafes, Kulri Bazaar is the most buzzing regions of the hill station. Like another shopping market in Mussoorie, the Kulri Bazaar is also crowded till 10 pm. This market is located at the south end of the Mall Road, there are different shops selling clothing items. There are only few vendors who are selling handicrafts at reasonable prices.

Classic Emporium

Classic Emporium is the famous shopping place for those who love handicrafts and artifacts. It is located near Mall Road, the Classic Emporium has an awesome collection of Tibetan sculptures, porcelain figures, colourful lampshades and exclusively British furniture and decorative jewelry items. This old shop started its business 40 years ago as a manufacturing unit for walking sticks, and now it is known as one of the most famous shopping places in Mussoorie.

Himalayan Weavers

Situated on the Mussoorie-Dhanaulti Road, Himalayan Weavers is one of a great place that started its operation in 2005. This is a local co-operative society that aims to promote native products, specially from the Himalayan region. This market is more famous to buy shawls and the woven products. Landour Bazaar

An old market, visit here to feel remorse and get an observation into Mussoorie’s past. There are a few shops that sell everything that is must and artifact. You can also find some other shops that sell shoes at this market; the market is especially famous for their Roman sandals.
